At Supreme Club Tours, our goal is to ensure you have an exceptional booking experience. When booking our Club Crawl and/or Yacht Party experiences, please note that we are a third party and cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. Please read below for more details:

Non-Refundable Bookings
Due to the high demand and limited availability of our services, all bookings are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures your reservation by securing your transportation and accommodations immediately for the requested service.

Weather and Travel Delays

Club Crawl:
The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for weather-related disruptions that might affect your plans. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by traffic, unexpected time changes, or other unforeseen issues. -

Yacht Party:
If weather conditions do not permit, you have two options:-
Move your booking to the Club Crawl for the same night.

Reschedule your Yacht Party tour for another night when weather conditions are suitable.

We have strict schedules for all events. Being on time is crucial as we adhere to strict deadlines. If you are late, refunds or date changes are not allowed. We recommend planning your travel to accommodate potential delays.

3. Ticket Transfer Options
If you are interested in reselling your ticket, we encourage this option since tickets are non-refundable. Simply email us at supremeclubtours@gmail.com with your full name, phone number, email address, and the number of tickets you are transferring. Also, provide the new ticket holders’ details.
